Instructions for PPO/OON insurance
Prior to scheduling a consultation, please call your PPO or OON and ask the following questions:
How much is my deductible?
What percentage of the fee will be covered?
If your deductible is high ask them if they can reduce it so you can work with the therapist of your choice.

Therapy Rates and Insurance:
Insurance -All PPOS/OONS and MHN. I am not in network with any other insurance network besides MHN.
If you are using PPO insurance, all our clients are required to keep a credit card on file, which is billed at the time of the session. A superbill showing what you have paid, will be auto emailed to you at the end of each month. You can submit this to your insurance.
Rates/Fee:
I currently mainly offer weekly and bi-weekly sessions. For couples and individuals.
Weekly - $200 - $250; Bi-weekly $250
Couples - $350
